Original font design by Jim Lyles Font #49: CheapProFonts Serif Pro - Regular
This font is an expanded, multilingual version of Bitstream Vera Serif - as made freely available by Bitstream through Gnome. A very nice, modern and versatile font for text settings - available in Regular and Bold weights (but no Italics).
I offer this reworked version for free, so that you can download and test it to see how our multilingual fonts will work with your setup! :)

SF Movie Poster Pro by Derek Vogelpohl Font #48: SF Movie Poster Pro
The name of this font says it all, really: this is a font in the style of the credit lines of movie posters :)
Especially made to cram as much text into the smallest possible space, and every (uppercase) letter is available in two sizes...
Derek Vogelpohl says: "Have you ever wanted to see your name in credits? Well, this is the font for you. Show all your friends just how cool your name looks in credits!"

Black Jack Pro by Ronna Penner Font #47: Black Jack Pro
The talented Ronna Penner have created many beautiful script fonts, and Black Jacks quality was very good so only a few spacing issues had to be adressed. I've added some kerning pairs, and then added all the glyphs needed for the CheapProFonts language coverage. This font was an absolute joy to rework, and with its extended character set I hope it now finds many more users! :)

Lesser Concern Pro by Ray Larabie Font #46: Lesser Concern Pro
This font almost looks like a ribbon - perfect for wrapping up your christmas message :) I have just regularized some forms and heights before expanding the character set.
Ray Larabie says: "A font with semi-cursive forms, drawn with a nib."

Lamebrain BRK Pro by Brian Kent Font #45: Lamebrain BRK Pro
The first handwritten font on CheapProFonts - and what a beauty it is! :)
The original font had no diacritics at all, so all have been designed to fit. This friendly looking font is ready to scribble some notes or something...

Dynamic BRK Pro by Brian Kent Font #44: Dynamic BRK Pro
Dynamic by name, and dynamic by nature - this sleek font is perfect for logos and hightech quotes ;)
The original lowercase f had a big overhang - I redesigned it so it fits better with accented letters, but also kept the original shape as a contextual alternate: the font automatically uses the "large" f before any low letters... Also the lowercase j would crash into any preceding letters with a righthand descender - so I also designed an automatic alternate j. Result: no colliding letters! :)

Boogie Nights NF Pro by Nick Curtis Font #43: Boogie Nights NF Pro
A typical Art Deco font. I have redesigned the uppercase "S" to mach the lowercase, tweaked a little here and there - and completely redesigned all the diacritics (which didn't really match the letter designs ;)

Kingthings Spikeless Pro by Kevin King Font #42: Kingthings Spikeless Pro
A toned down version of Kingthings Spike...
Kevin King says: "Kingthings Spikeless was requested by those who actually want to read text... well I call that tedious, but if you must, here it is no flourishes, just my small homage to black-letter."

Kingthings Spike Pro by Kevin King Font #41: Kingthings Spike Pro
You gotta love this extreme take on the "gothic" blackletter traditions! :D
I have edited a few letters, drastically improved the spacing - and then given it the usual large CheapProFonts character set. Fun!
Kevin King says: "Kingthings Spike was made because Buffy has one, I made Willow... Xander is yet to come. Oh and because I hate Engravers Old English! Pugin, eat my shorts! Sorry!"

Vectroid Pro by Ray Larabie Font #40: Vectroid Pro
A typical space-age hippie funny font. :) I have fattened up the diagonal letters (VvWwXxYy), cleaned up and tweaked a few other glyphs, and expanded the already quite large character set (correcting a couple of bad ones in the process). Font is now ready for international psychedelica. ;)
Ray Larabie says: "The idea of 1960’s magnetic ink fonts taken to silly new heights."
